Yummies for Little Tummies mission is to improve the healthy and wellbeing of all children. We believe that proper nutrition begins at an early age. Yummies for Little Tummies specialises in healthy, yummy and nutritionally balanced meals for all children at childcare centres and to teach young children important nutrition lessons.
Nutritionally Balanced Holistic Meals
The food is free from any nasty artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and additives.
The food is nutritionally balanced to suit the dietary requirements of your child, by our qualified and experience practising Dietician, Naturopath and team of Chef’s. We use only fresh quality ingredients from local markets and farmers. Whole foods are used where possible. Food variety is important to provide large amounts of essential nutrients for
your developing child. Lunch alternates between a variety of quality sandwiches and hot meals. Daily snacks are fresh seasonal fruits, yoghurt, healthy mini muffins and a variety of other foods. We provide organic yogurt daily.
Parents love Yummies for Little Tummies 'Healthy Growth Program' as they save time, money & have peace of mind knowing their child is receiving a great variety of convenient, nutritious, fresh, nutritionally balanced and yummy food every day; parents don't have to do any
shopping or preparation or think about new meal ideas everyday! Parent feedback states even fussy children eat more at home too after 3-4 weeks on the 'Healthy Growth Program'!
Child Care Centre Team Members love the 'Healthy Growth Program' as they know the children are eating healthy meals and report that the children are calm, well behaved and their immune systems improve as a result of healthy balanced meals. Centre Team Members also report their own immunity improves as a result of the children being healthier.
Qualified and experienced Naturopath Kim Hall N.D. the Centre Relationship Manager for Yummies for Little Tummies works together with the children, centre staff and parents to educate and provide guidance throughout the 'Healthy Growth Program'. Kim Hall N.D. also works on food menus, recipes and nutritional promotion to create awareness on health.
