Michael Bird said… Thank you for the welcome. You're doing a great job. More and more people need to know where there food comes and what they are putting into their bodies.

Star ElGato said… i have watched about everything there is out there on the documentary.
the problem is that type 1 diabetes is never specified. i get this problem a LOT. i was just hoping that there was some insight on medications.
oh and i intend to only be -so- raw because it isn't natural to exclude protein from the diet. its a matter of doing the balancing act with your own body and the activity level you have.
Thank-you Rachel for the warm welcome... and to everyone at Food Matters. I am planning a screening as this is such an important issue and Food Matters has packaged it up succinctly in a captivating documentary. I truly hope when I have this screening, that at least one person is motivated to change their life. Question - - I have not chosen a date yet - but are we allowed two screenings? I know that with today's schedules, having a screening on a weekend and a weeknight would be best to try to accomodate those who would want to come.

Sam Benavides said… Hi Ann, Thank you for your welcome message. This will be our first time doing an event like this and everyone involved is very excited. We may have questions as it gets closer to the event so you'll probably hear from me soon. Is this the best way to contact you?
