Youth Athletes and Nutrition
I would like to know more information on how to help youth athletes gain weight and be healthy.I have been very discouraged by many many coaches and even a child sports nutritionalist.I have boys(16,13,11,4) that play football and wrestle,they require a very high calorie intake.For some reason the general consensus among coaches is to feed them lots of meat, bread and milk shakes. It may make them grow in size now but it sure won't help them be healthy in the long run.See More
