It works wonders and you can get young coconuts form most grocery/health food stores. Or you can buy bottled or canned coconut water."

I am trying to cut down or even out the amount of high fructose cornsyrup I take in & it is the 2nd ingredient in PowerAde and Gatorade. I am trying to find an alternate source of an electrolytesystem. Due to stomach migraines and cyclic vomiting syndrome, I dehydrate quickly when I am sick so I don't really have theoption of not using one. Even if I have to order something online, I would choosethat option. And no caffeine, if possible. Any suggestions are welcome.See More
