Leading The Natural Health Revolution
After doing some searching and still a baby at my raw food plan, I came across a well known choice which is Spirulina. Though studies show that it is one of the most complete super foods which is high in protein, it still seems a bit low for what I am looking for.
My goal is to feed my muscle after my training split with a vegan shake that includes spirulina, hemp, bee pollen, raw cocoa, raw agave and maca powder. I did not want to go back to the whey protein powder I had used in the past and I did not want to be loaded with unnatural additives and such. I am so determined to still maintain my sport of figure competing while staying much cleaner on my plan and free from animal protein. I am still introducing fish into my plan once or twice a day but soon to be taking that out.
If anyone has any experience with this subject, please do tell.
