What a great productive day. It started out with a Vega Sequel Raw Green drink before my hour trikke session on the Legacy Trail and the a raw snack with shredded veggies, cilantro pesto and spicy hummus, yummo. Found some black soy beans and can't wait to try them. Off season training is here...yeah mon
