Our Food Matters

Leading The Natural Health Revolution

i've made serious changes in how I eat. More fresh plants, less red meat, less sugar etc.

I'd like to make some improvements to what I put on my face.

I currently use IsaDermix skin care line for cleansing, and am very happy with that.

Does anyone know of any really greta make up?

I've been using mineral make up, but I suspect they are not all created equally. I've also reduced mascara use to evenings out, replacing the daily mascara with mineral eye shadow used as a liner.

I know its a little vain, but honestly, I feel good when I look good, and I like make up.

I'd appreciate any suggestions for "healthier" "cleaner" options.

Thanks!

This is one that I have tries that I think is a good option. I'd love to hear more feedback regarding the line. http://www.rocia.ca
Hi, thanks for that info.
I have purchased Micabella mineral colours, but I sometimes question the quality of products. I do like the product, Im just not sure about how "clean" it really is. Although the guy working did put some on his tongue to show me it was safe!
I will definately look into the rocia brand. Its nice that it is Canadian as well

Although the guy working did put some on his tongue to show me it was safe! .... You know - two years ago a demonstration like that might have sold me - but now, HEHEHE
When I think what I've been eating and feeding my kids because it was a "quality" product. Now I cant go back, so no lamenting here, but from this day forward I want a lot more information and those sort of demonstrations make me even more curious about how safe it really is. Even representatives can be fooled - its a job.
(( I know the makeup Im using right now doesnt measure up so I'm saving up for a makeover with some quality products that are good for me. ))
A website you might want to look at is: safe cosmetics.org

Thanks Brenda - I sent a query to the Rocia people to see if their product line complies
