Hi every one, I attend the David Wolfe lecture in Melbourne awhile back and he spoke of Mangosteen tea as a great immune system booster. Iv done a little research and have been steeping some mangosteen skins over night. The tea is bitter with a pleasant after taste which seams to pick me up abit and give me energy. I was wondering if any one else had tried mangosteen tea and if it had any effects.
I haven't tried mangosteen tea before but am definitely interested in doing so! Can you provide the ratios of how many skins to water you used to steep the tea?
Do you know if it is only effective with fresh mangosteen skins? I have seen some tea bags on the internet and am curious about the effectiveness of these as fresh mangosteens are not easy to come by.
