I've only recently started the process of educating myself on these serious health issues and have taken the steps to start changing my life. I was told I have PCOS 6 months ago and every doctor I've seen since has been prescribing all sorts of drugs and medical procedures. At first I gave it a go, but instinctively I didn't feel it was right. I'm not 'sick' and I am determined to heal this naturally. So I've certainly opened up a can of worms....from researching PCOS, I've discovered more about insulin resistance, from there I discovered more about sugar and how it is ruining society...and its been a ripple effect moving forward. Now any spare moment I have I'm reading, reading, reading and wanting learn more and more. So I hope this forum can help me on my path :)
