Leading The Natural Health Revolution
Hi all,
I've started increasing my raw intake and juicing 3 times a day at the very minimum. My hope it to get to 100% Raw lifestyle. can anyone offer a sample of what they eat in a day? Even if you're not 100% Raw, how do you balance raw eating with cooked food? Or if you can point me in the direction of any good books that will help me with my Raw lifestyle journey. I have been faithful with this for about 2 months now and I can tell a major difference in my body and how I feel in general.
