Leading The Natural Health Revolution

Hi

Just wondering what type of water everyone drinks.

We pretty much won't go near tap water due to the chlorine, fluoride and other nasties. Filtered water probably still contains some of this too. Reverse osmosis seems to be a good option, does anyone have this installed and why?

We've always gone for steam-distilled bottled water from a company here in Australia called Refresh. I've always thought this was the best options since it is essentially water in its purist form, completely free of any dissolved solids, whether good or bad.

I have had people occasionally argue that this isn't the best method as it removes all the minerals from the water, I've also been told this makes the water acidic and can throw out the acid/alkali balance in the body.

What are your thoughts and why?

Cheers

Hi Kiel and Shari,

We (Laurentine and I) use a 6 part RO (Reverse Osmosis) filter with re-mineraliser and carbon filter. This gets rid of Fluoride and and many other nasties and cost about $350 AUD. Locally sourced spring water with a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) count of less than 50 is best but failing that filtering your own is your next best step.

I have friends in the states who after filtering their water run it through a vortex to restructure the molecules. We do not do this however we do have magnets at the input and output of our filter arrangement which calms and lines up the water molecules.

Hope this helps!
Cheers James, any comments on steam-distilled water?
Hi Kiel and Shari,

I know that David Wolfe much prefers Spring Water over anything and that distillation strips all life from the water. Here is an expert from an article from Mercola.com where he explains it all. I think this sums it up best:

Dr. Masaru Emoto, a visionary researcher from Japan received certification from the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine. Subsequently he was introduced to the concept of micro cluster water in the US and Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology. The quest thus began to discover the mystery of water.

He undertook extensive research of water around the planet not so much as a scientific researcher but more from the perspective of an original thinker. At length he realized that it was in the frozen crystal form that water showed us its true nature.

Dr Emoto began by studying the crystallization process of water It all started in 1994 when he took samples of water from various sources, froze a few droplets, examined them under a dark field microscope and photographed them. He photographed the crystal formations produced by water as it passes from liquid into freezing state.

It is like taking a snapshot of the water at that moment in time. He quickly realized that the crystals that formed from water depended highly on the natural health of the water. In other words, water from natural springs, healing water sources etc, formed beautiful and complex crystalline geometries - like snowflakes.

Water that had been distilled, polluted or passed through consumption had lost its inner order. This leads to the realization that natural healthy water carries an 'inner order' defining its nature and properties.

And then this comment from Dr Mercola:

In April I attended the SkaSys lecture by Dr. Hans Lechner. This amazing technology allows one to successfully harness consciousness as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool.

Dr. Lechner shared detailed of his recent meeting with Dr. Emoto and it became clear that this technology could clearly demonstrate the danger of distilled water at a clear and easily seen level.

Although it is controversial I am firmly convinced that distilled water is harmful to your health.

One of the major foundational reasons is that distilled water is highly acidic. Most of us are far too acidic already and the last thing we need to be drinking is a fluid that will make us even more acidic.

Distilled water is alleged to be beneficial due to its lack of contaminants. Well, many of the devices that distill water are made of metal and will actually add certain toxic metals like nickel back to the water, which actually worsens health.

Since distilled water is like a vacuum without any minerals, it will actually leach beneficial minerals from your body to balance it out. While this maybe beneficial for a short period during some sort of detoxification regimen, this is usually highly counter productive in the long run.

Then there is the physics of the water. Water is structured and when it is distilled the structure becomes profoundly disturbed as you can see by the pictures above.

It is possible to restructure the water by putting it in a clear glass container, adding a few minerals and leaving it out in the sunshine for a day. This will help to restore the normal beneficial structure that water should have to promote health.

I believe it was the Asians who popularized the saying that one picture is worth a thousand words, so please enjoy the pictures which will help you appreciate the difference between natural spring water and distilled water.

Distilled Water

Water from a pure source

Hope this helps.
A great additive to your water is a product called IsaWater. Using IsaWater Neutralizes the harmful free radicals often found in regular drinking water and delivers a stabilized alkaline that comes in a concentrate. This is amazing product. Hi James and everyone ~ I'm a "newbie"
I use an Ionic Water Purifier, which makes both acidic and alkaline water, [ and add MMS and citric acid 5 : 10 drops ratio] which gets rid of the fluoride. I've just researched magnets and believe that this treatment makes the water "wetter," which means that you don't need to drink as much to get rehydrated quickly. [That "sloshing" and bloated feeling is not very comfortable is it?] However, are alkaline water and magnets compatable? Will this give me the best of both worlds? Does anyone have experience in this area? Love some opinions on this!
I also use an Ionic purifier shower-head which produces infra-red rays as well as changing the chlorine to chloride. Much research suggests that breathing the steam from our hot showers is probably more detrimental to our health than merely drinking the water.
Going further with the breathing in of bad vapours, my spa is now kept clean by using H2O instead of bromide.
I've gone all the way because this was all part of my health regime to get rid of Stage IV lung cancer and some secondary cancers down the spine. I'm now working on rebuilding the cartilage in my knees and hips.

I've seen some of Dr Emoto's photos of water crystals and how water reacts to good and bad "vibes" as if it was a person. Words such as "I love you" and "I hate you" put by the containers and left over several hours prior to freezing resulted in vastly different shapes. No prize for guessing which were the most spectacularly splendid crystals! Is this what is meant by "cooking with love" as advised by all good old-fashioned cooks?

Cheers and good health to all,
Ilzs

I drink spring water when I can get it.
I treat it with IsaWater as well

I have a Berkey water filter. www.berkeywater.com I chose Berkey because it is affordable and portable. It eliminates chlorine and additives, pharmaceuticals, and I have the extra filter that also filters fluoride--yet it keeps the minerals intact. I have a sport Berkey that I carry with me, originally designed for hiking and camping.
Hi everyone,
we also use the Berkey water filter with the extra filters to remove flouride. I was concerned with the PH of the filtered water thinking it may be acidic, however, I have since had it tested and it came out neutral at 7.5 which I was happy with. I was so impressed with the simplicity, affordability and great water it produced that we became a Canadian distributor of the Berkey filter system.
Hi Everyone

I use Grander Revitalised Water. I've looked into this issue for 26 years and believe Grander is the best.Grander has received science awards from The Russian Academy of Science, Austrian Gov't, Austrian Consumer Affairs and Grander water is used by BMW cars, the Chinese National Railway, Chinese Dept of Agriculture, Iso-sport( world's largest mfg of snow skis, numerous hotels/spas in Europe, mining companies , brewers, bakers etc etc!!
An outstanding video about water in general is What we know is a drop. Watch it on Youtube. Cheers. Gary
I drink Kangen Water and have experienced dramatic health changes in my family! ADHD, endometriosis, arthritis, diabetes, depression, Autism, kidney failure, colitis, etc. check out our website: www.LivingWaterHealth.net and watch the colon videos
I am a big fan of spring water. I try not to drink out of bottled water because the chemicals from the plastic leach into the water. If I wasn't able to get spring water I would probably drink reverse osmosis water and remineralize it myself. I heard that if you drink reverse osmosis water the way that it is it was actually pull minerals out of your body, which doesn't sound very good to me :)
Hi everyone,

We bought an acreage property about 8 months ago and now have fresh rainwater tanks. I wont drink anything else now. The taste is beautiful and so fresh. Feels wonderful to be giving our family the best.
