Our Food Matters

Leading The Natural Health Revolution

I am trying to cut down or even out the amount of high fructose corn
syrup I take in & it is the 2nd ingredient in PowerAde and Gatorade. I am trying to find an alternate source of an electrolyte
system. Due to stomach migraines and cyclic vomiting syndrome, I dehydrate quickly when I am sick so I don't really have the
option of not using one. Even if I have to order something online, I would choose
that option. And no caffeine, if possible.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Have you tried coconut water? It has just as many electrolytes and no HFCS! It works wonders and you can get young coconuts form most grocery/health food stores. Or you can buy bottled or canned coconut water.
How about fresh fruit and a glass of water?
Hydralyte has far more electrolytes and a whole lot less sugar. Google it.
